It’s amazing what you learn when you ask the customers what they valued most. We have developed sound practices that we use every day to make our projects better. Our techniques help our projects go quickly and makes our installation long lasting and beautiful. We have developed tools to help in delivering a fantastic job:

1. Communication – We ask our customer; what do you need your fence to do. Keep your family safe, privacy, accent your home or garden, or hide your neighbor. We give you options with colors, heights, and options to make your project perfect. When working at your home, our employees are courteous, clean, make no extra noise, or abusive language. Our customers’ satisfaction is our goal for every project.

2. Payment Policy – Our customers want to work with ethical companies. We demonstrate our ethical practices by asking for ½ of the total at the signing of the contract. This secures the materials and holds a spot in our schedule for your project. In return the project is done quickly, efficiently, and we complete your project before moving on. We don’t ask for final payment until it’s 100% completed. When all is done we mail you a receipt and written warranties.

3. Minimal Disruption – Our customers want their projects completed quickly. We always assign craftsmen to work specifically on one project, from start to finish. We don’t share that craftsman with other customers. Projects are completed as quickly as possible with minimal disruption to our customer’s lives.

4. Reliability – Our customers don’t want surprises; they just want the work done as they were told it would. To ensure we fulfill our customer’s expectations, we’ve set specific work and communication procedures that all of our craftsmen are required to follow. This ensures an excellent service experience for our customers… we do what we say we’ll do!

5. Clean & Protected – our customers want their property picked up and left tidy each day. We do our best to not only pick up debris and clean, but to protect the driveways and surrounding yard. It’s hard to eliminate all the mud, but we sure try to keep it as clean as we can.

6. The hidden advantage- For the most part we stock our materials and hardware which is unique for vinyl fence installers in the area. If there is a change or problem with the original plan, we can quickly act and it doesn’t slow down the installation. This will save you time and money when the other guy just can’t get it done.
